Foam Wiper Ball
SMOG Solutions provides high-performance foam wiper balls designed for efficient wellbore and drilling operations. These wiper balls are used to wipe drill pipes or tubing and to clean cement, drilling fluids, and debris from inside the pipe. They are also suitable for separating fluids during displacement. Manufactured from natural rubber or urethane, SMOG foam wiper balls can withstand a wide operating temperature range from 40°F (4°C) up to 302°F (150°C), making them reliable for both onshore and offshore applications.
- Efficiently wipes drill pipe and tubing strings with multiple inside diameters
- Can be loaded directly into drill pipe or tubing connections
- Compatible with all types of drilling and displacement fluids
- Capable of passing and shredding through bit mud nozzle jets if required
- Available in multiple ball sizes from 3 to 8 inches to cover a wide wiping range
- Packaged individually in protective bags to prevent UV damage from sunlight or electrical equipment
